  • Canmore Pickups: Pickups from Canmore generally begins at 7:30 AM, with return at approximately 4:00PM. 
  • Banff Pickups: Pickups from Banff typically begin at 8:00 AM, with return at approximately 3:30 PM. 
  • Seasonal Timing Variations: During the summer season, travel times may be affected by traffic, wildlife crossings, road conditions, construction, or holiday weekends. While we always aim to operate on schedule, the safety and enjoyment of our guests remain our top priorities. We kindly ask for some flexibility, as return times may occasionally vary. 
  • Guest Preparation: Please dress for changing mountain weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. We recommend bringing a light jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, and your camera to make the most of your day in the Canadian Rockies.
  •  Pickup Information: If you have not yet provided your pickup location, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm your pickup details and ensure a smooth start to your tour. 
  • Pre-Tour Contact: Your guide will contact you the evening before your tour between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM to confirm your pickup time and vehicle details. If you have not heard from your guide by 9:00 PM, please contact us directly.
